- The item is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- The original packaging, including tags and labels, is intact and uncut.
- The item is not part of a “Final Sale” or “End of Season Sale.”
Step 2: Prepare Your Order Number
You’ll need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or in your account under “My Orders.” Please have it ready when starting your return.
Step 3: Contact Us
To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Step 4: Pack Your Item
Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is protected to prevent any damage during transit. Include a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation email inside the package.
Step 5: Ship the Item
You will be provided with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse. Please ensure the item is shipped promptly to avoid delays in processing your return.
Step 6: Await Inspection and Refund
After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item passes the inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 working days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
