If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled, and a refund will be processed. An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel your order by visiting the Orders page and clicking on the cancel option. Please note: you can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund is processed within 24 hours, and the amount is reimbursed to the payment source. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

In Metro cities and Tier I cities, the order will be delivered within 4 days from dispatch. For the rest of India, it will take 5-7 days.

Once you have placed the return request, the reverse pickup will be done within 2-3 days. It takes a maximum of 5 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup, where it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund or exchange request will be initiated within 24 hours. Your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

It takes another 5 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, where it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the replacement is dispatched, which will take a maximum of 4 working days to reach Metro cities and 6 days for the rest of India.
