Order Processing:
- Cut-off Time: Orders received before 2 PM (IST) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are generally processed on the next working day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified through the website. If you need assistance, please contact us directly at our “We Care” numbers or via email, and we will do our best to help.
- Invoices: We do not send a hard copy of the invoice with your order. All invoices are generated online and sent to your registered email ID. Please ensure that your email ID and contact information are accurate during checkout or account creation.
Shipping:
- Delivery Time:
- For Metro locations, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days.
- For Non-Metro locations, delivery may take 3-5 days.
- Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East regions may take up to 7 days.
- Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all orders (some exceptions may apply).
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders incur a nominal flat fee of ₹50 per order to cover third-party collection costs.
