Third Element – Refund / Exchange Policy

At Third Element, customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy Exchange Process.


1. Exchange Window

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange requests for size issues, damaged products, wrong product delivered, or manufacturing defects are accepted.
  • Returns are eligible only for products that are:
    • Unused , Unwashed , Undamaged
    • With original tags and Packaging intact

2. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks
  • Innerwear or Lingerie
  • Accessories
  • Products marked as “End of Season Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer one free size exchange per order subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered.
  • Exchange orders once processed will not be eligible for further Exchange/Return.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate a Exchange:

  1. Go to the Website Orders page and Initiate an Exchange. Once a Pickup Airway Bill no is generated it usually is picked up Same day or Next day.
  2. Email us at hello@thirdelement.in and mention your Order id in subject line with details of Exchange ( Size, Colour) and images of product.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Prepaid or COD orders are given in form of Store Credits which can be used lifetime and doesn’t expire.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be adjusted against Store Credit Points.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item , A defective product or A Wrong product

We will replace Free of Cost within 24 hrs of receiving your request with clear photos/videos for faster resolution. However, the replacement request with details need to be raised within 24 hrs of receiving the Product.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid order refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days subjected to Bank policies and norms.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched Same day or Next day ( if order received time is after 1 PM) except for Public Holidays & Sundays it will be dispatched in next Business Day.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner operations. We have no control over it.
  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, though we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.

9. Quality Check & Abuse Prevention

Third Element reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if:

  • Products show signs of usage
  • Tags are removed
  • Products are returned in damaged condition
